DIY Mandalorian Shirts
Are you watching the Mandalorian series?? We are at our house and we are loving it! I made myself a baby Yoda shirt and my son immediately wanted a Mandalorian shirt, so I decided to make him up one. Then I decided to make up several Mandalorian shirts because I knew that they would be a hit with my boys. I love how these turned out!
Here is a quick video to show you how I made this Mandalorian shirt.
This is how I made them:
Using my Silhouette CAMEO, I cut out the design in a white stretch heat transfer. Before cutting the design, I mirrored the image and placed the heat transfer vinyl on the mat with the shiny/plastic side down. Once all the designs were cut, I weeded the vinyl.
Here are all of the designs that I made up. You can get them here:

Using my heat press, I pressed the design onto the shirt. You can do this with an iron too, just make sure that you put enough pressure onto the shirt that you can see the fibers of the shirt in the vinyl. I set my heat press to 320 degrees and pressed it for 20 seconds. Once the design was on the shirt, I used a sheet of multi use paper and pressed it again. Then I moved the shirt another direction and pressed it again (just to make sure I got all of the vinyl pressed down completely).
And that’s it! So easy and I love how it turned out!
My son loves it and he decided that he needed to wear it immediately.
Here are all of the Mandalorian shirts that I made up. I used the white stretch heat transfer for all of them. Most of the shirts are men’s shirts from Walmart.
Here are some close ups of the Mandalorian shirts.
I love this one with the Mandalorian logo.
I had to add one with the Mandalorian and baby Yoda :).
